We don't like to cancel. We hate it actually. Without a doubt, it is our least favorite thing EVER. Okay, but if you've got no choice and you really want to see us cry we do have a policy... Cancellation beyond seven days in advance, loss of deposit, within seven days, loss of full payment.  There is no penalty for rescheduling due to inclement weather.
